Cayuga County Courthouse and Clerk's Office is a historic courthouse complex located at Auburn in Cayuga County, New York. It consists of a two building government complex. The courthouse was built in 1835–1836 and expanded in 1922–1924. It is a 2 1⁄2-story, Neoclassical temple front stone building with a monumental portico. Attached to it is the 1882 County Clerk's Office building. Adjacent to the buildings is the Courthouse Green that includes a memorial stone slab in memory of the residents of Cayuga County who served in World War II. Later plaques were added for the victims of the Korean ane Vietnam wars.[2]
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.[1]
